Description : Charming and sunny apartment in an authentic Parisian area located at the 6th and last floor of a building with an elevator, in Paris 12eme near gare de Lyon.The hard wood floor, the fire places and elegant furniture make it a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day, in a peaceful place. a lots of light during the day, a 'small' view on the eiffel tower!
Paintings, sculpture and photos are the work of french artists leaving in Paris.

A nice bakery opposite the building will allow you to enjoy your coffee with
a pain au chocolat or a croissant to start the day.

- one bedroom 32 m2 (around 350 sq feet, 1 bedroom and 1 living room)
- sleeps 4 (one double bed, one sofa bed)
- towels and linens provided
- all furnished and equipped (stove, fridge, coffee machine ,toaster, basic cooking supplies)

- All shops and restaurants are right outside the building. all typically french food shops available, bakeries, fromager, traiteur, as well as a several supermarket( one monoprix); a french traditional market on tuesday and friday morning; a small food store opposite the building is open from 10am to 1am everyday;

At less than 5 minutes from the métro stop dugommier (line 6) gives fast and easy access to any place within Paris within 30 minutes. Bus N°29 drives you to the marais, If you’d rather go by bike, there is two “Velib” stations, where you can get self-service bicycles.
You can also walk to bastille along the viaduc des Arts or make a stop a the unexpected marché d’aligre or to have a coffee in a terrasse or a glass of wine at the famous Baron Rouge on the way
